1. Overview and Acceptance

This website, kilo1sixarms.shop (the "Site"), is operated by KILO 1 SIX ARMS ("Kilo 1 Six Arms," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase you make from us.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments and certain other services may be provided by third parties under their own terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You may use the Site only if you can form a legally binding contract and are not barred from doing so under any applicable law. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition, handguns, handgun frames and receivers, and other handgun-related regulated items.
  • You are at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition. Ammunition that can be used in both handguns and long guns (for example, many rimfire calibers) may be treated as handgun ammunition and limited to buyers 21 or older.
  • You are at least 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun, and only where federal, state, and local law allow it. All firearms are transferred through a licensed dealer (see Section 4), and that dealer will apply the age rules of your jurisdiction.
  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to purchase any other product on the Site, and you meet any higher age requirement that applies to that product where you live.
  • The information you give us, including your name, date of birth, and addresses, is true, accurate, and complete.

Many states and localities set age limits higher than federal law, including 21 for all ammunition, all firearms, or certain accessories. You must meet the highest age requirement that applies to you. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time, and a carrier may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery, depending on the product, carrier, and destination.

3. Compliance With Laws; Prohibited Persons

You are solely responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the purchase, shipment, receipt, possession, transport, and use of every item you order. Laws governing firearms, ammunition, magazines, NFA items, knives, defense sprays, electronic weapons, and related products vary widely by state, county, and city, and change often. Our listing of an item on the Site does not mean it is legal where you live.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not prohibited from purchasing, receiving, or possessing firearms or ammunition under federal law (including 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) and (n)) or under any state or local law.
  • You are the actual buyer of the item. You are not buying it on behalf of another person who is prohibited or who is avoiding a background check or other legal requirement (a "straw purchase"), and you will not resell or transfer the item in violation of law.
  • You will not export any item outside the United States or ship it to any person or place in violation of U.S. export laws or other applicable law.
  • Any documents you provide (such as a FOID card, FID card, permit, license, certificate, or ID) are genuine, current, and belong to you.

Making a false statement in connection with a firearm purchase is a federal crime. We cooperate with law enforcement and may report suspected unlawful activity.

Restricted products and destinations

In addition to the requirements above, the following store rules apply to every order. Our Shipping Policy has more detail.

  • Ammunition and hazardous components: We do not ship ammunition, primers, powder, or other hazardous reloading components to California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., or any U.S. territory, or to addresses in New York City, Chicago, or Cook County, Illinois.
  • Ammunition age limits: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition (including ammunition commonly used in both handguns and long guns) and at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, or older where state or local law requires.
  • Firearms: Firearms, frames, and receivers ship only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, never to a residence or an individual.
  • NFA-type items: Short-barreled rifles (SBRs) and short-barreled shotguns (SBSs) are sold as regular firearms and ship only to a licensed dealer (FFL). Suppressors and any other weapons (AOWs) follow current ATF guidance (ATF Open Letter and FAQs of October 9, 2026), and listings are subject to availability. Machine guns and destructive devices remain regulated under the National Firearms Act and are not sold to the public. You must comply with all state and local laws that apply to these items.
  • Automatic and out-the-front knives: We do not ship automatic (switchblade) or out-the-front knives across state lines. These knives are available only for delivery to Alabama addresses or for pickup at our Spruce Pine, Alabama location, where lawful.

We may cancel any order, or part of an order, that does not meet these rules and refund you for the canceled items.

4. Firearms, Frames and Receivers, and NFA Items

Firearms, frames, and receivers

All firearms, including handguns, rifles, shotguns, and frames and receivers, are shipped only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder and never to a residence or to an individual. At the receiving FFL, you must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the required background check (through NICS or the state point of contact) before the dealer can release the item to you. Handguns must be transferred through an FFL in your state of residence, and long guns only as federal and state law allow.

KILO 1 SIX ARMS is a federally licensed firearms dealer located in Spruce Pine, Alabama, and may be able to serve as your receiving dealer. Transfer fees are $25 for the first item and $15 for each additional item. See our Transfers page.

NFA-type items (short-barreled rifles and shotguns, suppressors, AOWs, machine guns and destructive devices)

Under ATF’s Open Letter and FAQs of October 9, 2026, ATF is not currently enforcing the National Firearms Act approval (Form 1 and Form 4), registration and tax-stamp requirements for short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, suppressors (silencers) and “any other weapons” (AOWs). Machine guns and destructive devices remain fully regulated under the NFA. This is an ATF enforcement position, not a repeal of the law, and it may change. All firearms still require a transfer through a licensed dealer (FFL) with ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check, and state and local laws still apply (some states prohibit or restrict these items). This is general information, not legal advice; please consult a qualified attorney about your situation. Short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns are sold online as regular firearms under these Terms and ship only to a licensed dealer (FFL). Suppressors and AOWs follow current ATF guidance, and listings are subject to availability. Machine guns and destructive devices remain regulated under the NFA and are not sold to the public. You must comply with all state and local laws that apply to these items. If you have questions about one of these items, please contact us using the information at the end of these Terms.

Your designated dealer and transfer fees

  • You are responsible for choosing a licensed dealer (FFL) that is willing to accept the shipment and complete your transfer, and for confirming that the item is legal for that dealer to transfer to you.
  • We or our distributor must receive a valid copy of the dealer's license before shipment. Orders may be held until we receive it.
  • All fees charged by your dealer (transfer fees, background-check fees, storage fees, and any state or local fees or taxes) are your responsibility and are paid directly to the dealer. These fees are not refundable by us, even if a transfer is delayed, denied, or canceled.
  • If your transfer is denied, or you are unable or unwilling to complete it, the item must be returned to us or our distributor through licensed channels. Our Refund Policy explains how those returns are handled and what charges may apply.

5. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time and for any lawful reason, including when:

  • We believe the order may violate federal, state, or local law, or cannot be lawfully shipped to or received at the destination.
  • We suspect a straw purchase, fraud, identity theft, an ineligible or prohibited buyer, or resale in violation of law.
  • You do not provide requested proof of age, identity, licensing, permits, or a valid dealer license within 7 days of our request.
  • The shipping or billing address, or the receiving dealer, is in a restricted state, county, city, or territory, or is a P.O. box, freight forwarder, or other address we cannot ship to.
  • The item is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable from our distributor.
  • The price, description, image, or availability shown was incorrect.
  • The order quantity appears to exceed normal individual consumer use.

If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items to your original payment method. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email confirms that we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. Acceptance occurs when the item ships.

6. Pricing, Errors, and Availability

We try to keep all product information, prices, and availability accurate, but errors happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order or contact you for instructions, even after we have sent an order confirmation or charged your card. We are not required to honor pricing, typographical, or system errors.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, sales tax, or any special excise or local taxes or fees, which are added at checkout or collected by your receiving dealer where applicable. Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless stated.

7. Distributor Fulfillment, Stock, and Backorders

Many of our products are stocked and shipped directly from third-party distributors and manufacturers. Because of this:

  • Stock levels shown on the Site are estimates and may not reflect real-time availability.
  • Items in one order may ship separately, from different locations, and on different dates.
  • If an item is backordered or becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and either ship it when it becomes available (if you agree to wait), offer a substitute of equal or greater value (only if you agree), or cancel that item and refund you for it.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Payment

You agree to pay all charges for your order, including the item price, shipping, and applicable taxes and fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We and our payment processors may verify your payment information and may decline or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized. The billing name must match the buyer. We may require that the billing address match the address on file with your card issuer.

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Payment methods accepted include major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.

9. Product Information

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and compatibility information are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are for general reference only. Actual products, packaging, and markings may differ. We do not guarantee that any product description is complete, current, or error-free, or that any part or accessory will fit or function with any particular firearm. You are responsible for confirming compatibility and legality before ordering and before installing or using any product.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Manufacturer warranties only. Any warranty on a product is provided solely by its manufacturer under the manufacturer's terms. We do not provide our own warranty. For defects that appear after our return window, please contact the manufacturer directly. We are happy to help you find the correct contact information.

No other warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Assumption of Risk and Safe Use

Firearms, ammunition, and many related products are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury, death, or property damage if misused, improperly installed, stored, handled, or maintained. By purchasing from us, you agree that:

  • You will follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safe-handling rules, and use only the correct ammunition for your firearm.
  • Installation of parts, triggers, barrels, suppressors, and other components should be performed by a qualified gunsmith. Modifying a firearm may void the manufacturer's warranty and may be illegal in some jurisdictions.
  • You will store firearms and ammunition securely and out of reach of children and unauthorized persons, as required by law.
  • We do not sell or endorse reloaded or remanufactured ammunition unless it is clearly labeled as such. Reloading components (primers, powder, projectiles) should be used only by trained people following published load data.
  • You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, installation, and use of the products you buy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kilo 1 Six Arms and its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, and distributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms, or any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms, or any product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kilo 1 Six Arms and its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, and distributors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; (c) any false information or documents you provide; or (d) your purchase, possession, transfer, installation, modification, or use (or misuse) of any product purchased from us.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site that we created, including text, graphics, logos, and the compilation of content, is owned by or licensed to Kilo 1 Six Arms and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Manufacturer names, trademarks, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those owners.

15. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us right away of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or that are used for fraud or suspected unlawful purchases.

16. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or documents; interfere with the Site's security or operation; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site or place orders without our permission; or attempt to get around age, location, or compliance controls.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Site and any information you provide are governed by our Privacy Policy. To comply with the law and complete regulated transactions, we may share your information with distributors, carriers, your receiving dealer, payment processors, and government authorities as required.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

19. Disputes and Governing Law

Informal resolution. If you have a concern, please contact us first at the address below. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way. You agree to try to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before filing a claim.

Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them, the Site, or any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Venue. You agree that any legal action will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Alabama, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

21. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, distributor shortages, government action, or changes in law.
