The KAK Industry DBC Bolt Carrier Group adds a floating carrier-tail weight that produces a dead-blow effect to reduce bolt bounce while retaining a familiar M16-profile AR-15 carrier design. KAK developed the system around use with a standard 3 oz carbine buffer in compatible FRT configurations, eliminating the need for heavier H-series buffers in the configurations tested by the manufacturer. The chrome-lined phosphate construction provides a traditional hard-use BCG finish for 5.56 NATO and .300 Blackout AR-15s.
